Shihan Dean Rostohar holds trainings and seminars in a traditional but very realistic way so that students of Bujinkan Dojo are able to understand the essence of this rare warrior art and through it becoming a better person of pure-heart but also as warriors.

The teachings of Shihan Rostohar are hard and traditional. He emphasises on realistic and pure-heart warrior fighting skills aswell as the appliance of traditional japanese and modern weapons. The teachings are based on Ninpo philosophy, phsycology, spiritual and mental use of this warrior art through everyday life.

Short Biography:
 

The main focus of Dean Rostohar´s life and job has always been about preventing crime and protecting people, especially the good and the innocent. This unique characteristic is what makes him one of the best martial arts teachers around.

As a full-time teacher and through his extensive experience in the toughest of situations he is able to bring us closer to the physical and philosophical aspects of the fascinating Warrior Art of Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu.

He is an accomplished martial artist and has over 30 years experience in various martial arts; having achieved master level and successfully competing in some of them. His vast experience varies from judo, jujutsu, wing chun, wrestling, and thai boxing, just to name a few.

In the 80´s he came into contact with Bujinkan Ninjutsu for the first time and travels to Japan regularly to learn from Grandmaster Hatsumi.

Dean is also a volunteer and a veteran of the Croatian Independance War since 1991 and a member of an Elite Special Police / Military Force Unit 'Alfa' and is currently retired. He is also a member of the organizational committee of the Association of the Veteran Special Police from the Independance War 'Alfa' and a vice-president of the Supervisory board, also a member of IPA 'International Police Association'. He has also taught at many foreign Special Police Forces and is highly respected for his professionalism and experience.
